Upon reservation we ask a down payment of 30 %, to be paid within 1 week after reservation. The balance needs to be settled at least one month before arrival.
In case of cancellation 12 weeks before arrival, 30 % of the rent is due. In case of cancellation a month before arrival the whole amount is due. We advise to take a cancellation insurance.
In case of cancellation more than 12 weeks before arrival, the down payment will be refunded minus an administration fee of 45 Eur.
Tourist tax 2 € per person per night with a maximum of 4 nights, payable at the premises.
Pets upon request. If agreed we charge an extra 35 Eur for additional cleaning costs.
On the day of arrival you are welcome from 16.00 h, on the departure day we ask our guests to leave the room at 10.00 h.
Breakfast is served from 08.30 till 10.00 or upon agreement.
Our B&B is smoke free but please feel free to smoke outside.
